CCC Membership Contribution Form
The Executive Committee approved the budget for the 2009-10 fiscal year. To meet budget requirements and maintain funding reserves, the Executive Committee has requested that CCC members continue funding support.
CCC Operating Guidelines
In March 2007, the CCC adopted revised Operating Guidelines. The guidelines describe the purpose, principles, and organization of the CCC.
Community Initiative Review
To support effective collaboration, coordination and partnering, CCC members commit to sharing information about community initiatives.
CCC Operating Guidelines require a community initiative review (CIR) when:
- CCC support is necessary for a grant application or funding.
An initiative will involve other organizations, or is related to programs, services or systems outside the organization’s “walls” or mission.
To ensure effective information sharing, member organizations are encouraged to complete an initiative review for significant programs and services even if CCC support is not required.
The first step in the CIR process is to complete a form. Click the document link below to download the form.
Membership Application
CCC membership is open to any noprofit public or private agency, institution, organization or governing unit engaged in providing, funding, or supporting human services for residents of Muskegon County. Membership may also be available to collaboratives, coalitions or task forces engaged in assessment, planning and implementation of Muskegon County-wide human services strategies and programs.
The membership process requires completion of an application form and review and approval of the Executive Committee.
