About Us
Founded in 1995, the Community Coordinating Council (CCC) is the State-endorsed community collaborative for Muskegon County, Michigan. Member organizations include over 45 nonprofit and governmental agencies engaged in providing or funding human services for residents of Muskegon County. 
 
As members of the collaborative, these organizations have committed to plan and implement an integrated structure of human services and effective delivery systems.
Mission
Coordinate, support and facilitate expanding possiblities in human services systems, programs, outcomes and funding to enhance the quality of life for everyone in Muskegon County.
Purpose
The CCC serves as a forum for member organizations to:
  • Engage in planning and evaluating human services;
  • Exchange information; and
  • Plan responses to emerging issues and trends.
